I see animal issues without shame or blame for my fellow humans. How can we become ready to understand our world better? I understand from the group consciousness, and do not hold myself apart from that.

I am committed to the journey toward caring for other beings, and I am happy to do the spiritual work of shifting human consciousness whenever I can. I am happy to take part in any goodness and any growth we can do today.

I believe that humanity is on a journey toward greater compassion and greater understanding. I am patient. I believe wholeheartedly in this journey, and believe we are taking that journey together.

I make every effort to understand how I may be impacting human wellbeing, animal wellbeing, and the wellbeing of our earth. I don't knowingly harm plants, animals or humans. I don't knowingly harm humanity or encourage others to do so.

I experience a growth in my soul by seeking to understand the way forward for myself and others. How can we do better? How can we interact supportively and harmlessly? How can we reverse bad karma and come to understanding?

It is always OK to pray for the wellbeing of pets, of farmed animals, of wild animals that are threatened by humans, and of endangered ocean life. It is always good to hold them in a field of kindness.

My level of awareness is growing and expanding, just like everyone else's. I am right there with everyone else, understanding more over time and healing from old patterns.

It's a wonderful time to think about our planet and the creatures we share the planet with. It feels good to do this now.

My intention is to come into alignment with the greater well-being, not just of humans, but of all earthly creatures and all energies of Gaia.

It seems reasonable to imagine that some of our ways of life as a people, are eroding our feelings of goodness, due to the harm they cause to our earth and its other creatures. It is safe now to come to this awareness, and to ask to be shown another way.

I believe it's possible to live in ways that are positive and caring in all ways. I believe it's possible to grow toward responsibility and understanding.

I accept a higher responsibility toward animals and sentient beings. I act from a place of utter respect toward animals I share the earth with. I am kind, compassionate, and encourage others to be so as well.

I act from a safe place in my life. My house is in order and I can afford to act and think from a place of goodness and compassion. My heart likes being this way, and this is good.

I am comfortable being on the side of kindness and compassion toward other beings. It feels right to me, and it is where I belong.

I do what I can to understand the emotional issues that have led us to dark places as a people. I use my kindness and understanding, to see clearly and to envision appropriate thought and intelligent response.

I support all creatures. May they enjoy the simple pleasures of living as they wish to live, doing what feels natural and right to them, without unnecessary interference. I like having a commitment to other beings. My soul feels beautiful to embrace this.

My intention is to make kind and compassionate choices, in how I affect others. I think of how I impace others, and doing so is a joy to me, never an inconvenience. I choose this, and it is good.

I make every effort to come from a place of kindness and togetherness. I believe we are connected to our earth, to the animal kingdom, to humans and to higher beings and spirits. I act from an awareness of the whole. I act from the best intentions I have.
